Description
A mediaeval manuscript has been unearthed; it reveals the location of Hyperborea. An expedition is being assembled in all haste because time is of the essence – for other forces are also interested in the lost technology and esoteric insights that are to be found there. Let’s go!
The Nordic Explorer’s Trekking Trousers are quite unique in that they are made of cotton (as opposed to the trousers of lesser brands that are usually mostly polyester). These sturdy trousers will serve you well as you embark upon your expeditions.
- Reinforced seams to withstand even the thickest of thickets.
- Impregnated & water-repellant (the impregnation lasts for about 20 washes if you should wish to wash them).
- Six pockets of various sizes.
- Adjustable bottom hems.
The model is wearing Extra Large at 187 cm/6’2 and 100 kg/220 lbs. Note: they are quite large in their sizing, so if you are unsure about size, go for a size smaller.
100% Cotton. Proudly made in Poland.

I have received these glorious trousers and I must confess I am impressed. They are very aesthetic and inspire a sense of adventure and conquering of new land. The quality feels amazing, and they are much more pleasant to wear than the other brands I have had experience with. I am 188 cm tall and weigh 90 kg with an athletic lower-body, and a very slim waist. I ordered the XL. The length and width of the legs are very good, but the waist is too big. This was too expect as I have always struggled to find pants that could fit my larger than average lower-body, with a smaller than average waist. If you are build like me I would still recommend this size, as it is easy to get a tailor to make the trousers waist smaller. I can’t wait for my next outdoor adventure!

I own many trousers of this kind and use them a lot. These trousers, though, are by far the best I’ve ever owned! Both the quality and aesthetics are superior—simply perfection 👌🏻
I’m 188 cm tall and weigh around 85 kg. The M fits me great.

Gorgeous.
Beautiful shining color without being too bright. Still look black-ish in certain lighting despite the shine. The hems at the bottom self retract so they’re not in the way when you’re not using them. They have different stages so you can tighten them even over skiing shoes if you wish to retake Norway that way. Dirt can be wiped off in a single swoop without anything left that you can see. Nice snapping metal buttons, except for the waist button which is a regular thread in button. The two belt loops closest to the front are together so that you don’t get creasing in the front if you tighten your belt extra hard. Reinforced seams, although I haven’t had them for long enough to confirm their strength and durability.
Along with the six pockets there are 2 big spaces to put knee pads in. The spaces are an extra layer on the outside of the pants which already give you double protection for your knees without pads. They have 11cm centered openings from *below* and are 20cm wide and 28cm tall on the inside.
Would pay more for metal zipper instead of plastic, non-plastic elastic band at the hems of the pants legs. As well as back pockets, making the total number of pockets excluding the knee pad spaces 8.

It’s been a good minute since I purchased these back when it first released giving me time to break them in. So far they are the BEST pants i have ever owned. Even better than my cargo Japanese denim pants by by Grease Point Wear, which I spent at the time $350. Cargo is my favorite still of pants and in my opinion the ultimate due to extra pockets particularly the side pockets, which these pants have an TWO extra side pockets on the left. One for a pocket knife I believe and other an addition side pocket for extra storage which I love. These pants are thick and feel like light armor but quite comfortable due to them being 100% cotton. Surprisingly they don’t feel all that hot so far for my region. Thankfully they don’t seem like they will rip or wear out due to being thick and well stitched. A major problem Is my pants wearing out in the crotch region or ripping here in the states. The sizing was the only trouble I had due to being American and measuring in inches which I am traditionally 32 length and around 32 in waist. I went with a large to play it safe and they are quite big BUT fit fairly well with me rolling up the legs just one fold which holds so well and they sit on my waist without a belt but slide just a little which a belt easily fixes. I’m glad I went with a large because it gives me extra space were I need it while not looking baggy at all. I will buy these again and would encourage any man to buy a pair. Also I had to chance my wind shield wipers and hood latches during a storm and was shocked at how well they held up against the heavy rain. No water broke through during the alabama showers! I was completely soaked at the top and so was my car seat but legs were completely dry with my pants looking like car that just got waxed! Also the pants have been holding incredibly well will in my aviation mechanic classes! Sheet metal shards and dust practically fall right off them after a couple of pats. Great job Marcus! Hope you make more and even cargo sweat pants
