Bought a Small at 1,75m and 70kg and it fits well. Sometimes I think a Medium would have been better, but then again I am not used to wearing tanktops. Used for the first time during a workout today and it is comfortable with the right amount of ventilation and indeed not as ‘nude’ or loose as other tanktops can be.
